I suffer from insomnia and have relied on radio and then my iPod to help me sleep. The ear plugs on the iPod made it difficult to get comfortable enough to sleep though. What if the goods are delivered when I am not at home?
All our packages are delivered by Australia Post or other various courier companies so a signature is always required for proof of delivery. If nobody is home to receive the goods a card will be left with a contact phone number for you to call to reorganise delivery-if delivered by a courier or with an address of the local post office that the goods may be picked up from- if delivered by Australia Post. Photo ID is required for pick from Australia Post.
How much is delivery?
The delivery costs are calculated at the time of purchase. The costs are $15 per pillow. Delivery is anywhere in Australia. Overseas orders are not accepted.
These costs are calculated on the delivery charges from Australia Post or various Couriers with a small amount allowed for warehouse handling. Delivery costs are calculated to be fair to the end purchaser and not designed to increase our profit.
How long will it take for my iPillow to arrive?
Most deliveries are shipped on weekly on Mondays so please allow up to 4 business days for delivery after that but most items are received within 48 hrs of despatch.

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
